Return Policy
GoldRoses.net is committed to your satisfaction. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item. Product defects must be reported within 5 days.
All non-defective returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and the customer prepays shipping.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, handling charges and restocking fee on all returns. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.
Return packages must be sent back with the RMA number marked on the package. In order to receive a full refund, your return package(s) must be returned with shipping prepaid.
Returns must be sent freight prepaid via USPS . Please e-mail your tracking number to sales@goldroses.net As a reminder, risk of loss is on the buyer until shipped for return of replacement, and refunds are received by goldroses.net at their business premises. Also, goldroses.net is not responsible for any damaged shipment that is incurred by the freight carrier. Please be sure you purchase the proper freight insurance for the return package(s) and keep the proof of shipment until credit has been issued by goldroses.net.
Failure to comply with any of the listed conditions of return may result invalidation of your return or a delay in processing the return. webgifts4less.net reserves the right to grant return approval at its sole discretion on a case by case basis.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for credit.
Customers who refuse packages at the time of delivery will be charged $30.00 or 20% of the purchase price which ever is greater
The customer is responsible for all handling and shipping charges .
There is a $15 charge on any returned checks. An 18% per annum finance charge will apply to all past due invoices, plus legal fees in the event that such action is required.
